Clanwilliam Group Acquires Epic Solutions
Sunday, 26th June 2016: Leading healthcare, technology and services company Clanwilliam Group today announced that it has acquired a majority shareholding in Epic Solutions. Epic Solutions is an international provider of electronic healthcare solutions which is based in Cork.
Epic Solutions is known for its scalable and integrated web-based care management system epicCare, which is predominantly used in long term care, care of the elderly, sheltered housing, mental health settings and in caring for those with learning disabilities. epicCare helps its clients achieve regulatory compliance, drives improvements in the quality of care, reduces both fiscal and operational risk and dramatically enhances organisational management capabilities.
Howard Beggs, CEO of Clanwilliam Group, said that Epic Solutions would be supported in its growth through the new investment.
